George G. Caballero
George G. Caballero has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, investor, and servicer in the mortgage and real estate industry. He built and managed the legal, collateral and vendor management departments for a nationwide mortgage servicer. Through attendance and participation at legal and industry seminars and conferences, he has built a nationwide network of attorneys to handle foreclosure, evictions, bankruptcy, deed in lieu, real estate closings and litigation related to mortgages and real estate.
George has built relationships with attorneys and vendors nationwide that allows him to assist mortgage servicers, lenders, investors and asset managers with default legal representation and vendor management. He is pro-active in assisting his clients in finding a solution to their issue and is supportive in resolving the matter. George has worked with the firms that he has selected because the attorneys are trustworthy, and each believe in a high level of client communication so that their matters proceed timely.
George and the attorneys that he works with have led and participated in presentations at the leading industry conferences, including the MBA Servicing Conference, ALFN, USFN, Legal League 100 and the Five Star Conference. Additionally, he and the attorneys have spoken at numerous local and statewide mortgage organizations, Note investor meetups, and webinars.
In June 2018, George led a panel of experts that discussed foreclosures and bankruptcy procedures at the 3rd Annual IMN Mortgage Notes & NPL/RPL Conference, in Dana Point, CA. Dan Cox, Ron Deutsch, and Daniel Singer, attorneys that George works with spoke on the panel and provided great insight on current legal issues to the audience that consisted of Investors, Servicers and attorneys.
